        Problem Statement

        Salon, spa, and medi-spa owners often struggle to make data-driven decisions due to a lack of readily available and easily digestible insights from their business data. They rely heavily on intuition and anecdotal evidence, making it difficult to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.

        This lack of actionable insights leads to missed opportunities for growth, reduced efficiency, and potentially dissatisfied customers. The need for an AI-powered analytics platform that could analyze vast amounts of data, identify trends, and offer actionable recommendations became apparent.

        Objectives and Goals

        The primary objectives of this project were to:

        • Develop an AI-powered analytics platform that provides actionable insights to salon owners.
          • Enhance user experience by presenting data in a clear, intuitive, and visually engaging manner.
            • Enable data-driven decision-making to optimize operations and increase guest satisfaction.

              The success criteria were defined as:

              • Increase user engagement by 20% within the first three months of launch.
                • Reduce the bounce rate by 15% within the first three months of launch.
                  • Achieve a user satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5 based on post-launch surveys.

                    Research and Insights

                    We conducted user interviews, surveys, and usability testing with salon owners and managers to understand their current challenges, data needs, and preferences for data visualization.

                    Key insights from the research included:
